Paleo is not a hobby or any other tool for weight loss. People should eat like this.

Paleo Cookbook is a comprehensive collection of recipes from around the world.

If you do not have alcohol in your hand, you can always drink alcohol-free with apple juice, or for example (it sounds weird, but it works) any kind of soup like chicken, pork Meat, or vegetable broth will also work. Plain water also works, but you can add some spice to your favorite seafood to help with the taste.

You can try Marsala or Mara, but I don't think you have any. Try dry red wine. If you don't have alcohol or anything else, use it to make a dish and it will still taste good!
